Returns & Exchanges

At Colorescience, your skin health is our priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
